NOTE: Space assignments for approved applicants by GIGF will be determined by the order in which they are received. No space assignment will be made without full payment and approval. Upon receipt of this application and payment, you will be notified regarding set up, festival rules, etc.

BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS: (Booth fee of $135 is for a standard 10' x 10' space with table and two chairs)

I would like to participate in the Garlic is Great Festival on August 17 & 18, 2002 at the Country Heritage Park, Milton, Ontario. I agree to abide by all of the management’s rules and regulations. I understand that this agreement shall be legally binding between Planner Plus Events and myself.

I also agree that any change in the information in this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

I agree by my above signature to indemnify and save harmless Country Heritage Experience Inc, and Planner Plus Events and its employees from any action, cause of action, suit, debt, cost, expense (including legal fees and expenses), claim or demand whatsoever, at law or inequity, arising out or in connection with any act or omission by you, Country Heritage Experience Inc., Planner Plus Events, or any third party relating to this Agreement or otherwise to the Garlic is Great Festival, except that it will not apply if the cause of action, suit, cost, expense, claim or demand has arisen out of any fraudulent or dishonest act of Country Heritage Experience Inc., Planner Plus Events or its employees.

There are no fee refunds, unless there is a cancellation of the festival.

I also consent to the use of my photograph taken during the Garlic is Great Festival for the sole purpose of promoting future Garlic is Great Festivals.
